We start the process with an initial interview to identify your organization’s singular characteristics, needs and goals.
Then we audit your past and current marketing and communications efforts.
Next, we submit a proposal that includes a snapshot of our individualized plan.
Once approved, we start with programs that are in need of immediate attention or those that can deliver the fastest results. Then, we address the next area(s) in need of attention.
Many orgs already have successful programs in place. In these situations, we can pick up the baton and start running with it, provide advice or occasional assistance, or simply stay out of the way if that is in your best interest.
